Изобретение относится к микробиологии, в частности к средам для глубинного культивирования штамма гриба Penicillium funiculosum CNMN FD 11, который может быть использован в микробиологической промышленности для получения каталазы.Питательная среда, согласно изобретению, содержит, в масс.%: глюкозу 4,0; KNO3 0,74; NaH2PO4 0,25; K2HPO4 0,25; MgSO4x7H2O 0,005; FeSO4x7H2O 0,005; дрожжевой экстракт 1,8; катена тетракис(диметилацетамид)-нитрато-µ-салицилато(O,O')-ди(µ-гидросалицилато)(O,O')-железо(III)дистронций(II) 0,00001; воду дистиллированную остальное.
