Abstract

The invention relates to microbiology, namely to a process for obtaining immobilized cells of Rhodococcus rhodochrous for decomposition of organic pollutants, particularly benzothiazoles.The process for obtaining immobilized cells of Rhodococcus rhodochrous, according to the invention, includes mixing of an aqueous suspension of Rhodococcus rhodochrous CNMN-Ac-05 strain cells with an aqueous suspension containing sodium alginate, diatomite, skim milk and distilled water with the obtaining of a mixture, containing, in g/L: Rhodococcus rhodochrous CNMN-Ac-05 strain cells 20.0, sodium alginate 11.8…17.5, diatomite 18.6…29.2, skim milk 3.4…14.5 and distilled water the rest; the obtained mixture is dripped with a needle of a diameter of 0.8 mm into an aqueous solution, containing, g/L: calcium chloride 9.5…15.4, polyethylene imine 4.8…8.6, distilled water the rest, with the obtaining of granules which are maintained at a temperature of 4°C during 90 min, and then washed with 0.8% sodium chloride solution.The technical result is to increase the efficiency of decomposition of benzothiazoles by the immobilized cells.
