Abstract

Inventia se refera la un compus coordinativ nou din clasa salicilidenaminoalcoolatilor metalelor de tranzitie si la un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis cu utilizarea acestuia in calitate de compus ce sporeste continutul de cupru in biomasa cianobacteriei. Se revendica un compus coordinativ, acetato-N-[2-(2-hidroxietilamino)-etil]-salicilidenimino(1-)cupru cu formula:De asemenea, se revendica un procedeu de cultivare a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis, care include cultivarea spirulinei intr-un mediu nutritiv ce contine, g/L: NaNO3 – 2,5; NaHCO3 – 16,8; NaCl – 1,0; K2SO4 – 1,0; K2HPO4 – 0,5; MgSO4·7H2O – 0,2; CaCl2 – 0,04; FeSO4·7H2O – 0,01; EDTA - 0,08; H3BO3 – 0,00286; MnCl2·4H2O – 0,00181; ZnSO4 ·7H2O – 0,00022; CuSO4·5H2O – 0,00008; MoO3 – 0,000015 si apa distilata pana la 1L, la o temperatura de 30…32°C, la pH 9,5…10,0 si iluminarea de 2000…3000 lx. Totodata la a 2-a zi de cultivare in mediul nutritiv se adauga acetato-N-[2-(2-hidroxietilamino)-etil]-salicilidenimino(1-)cupru, in concentratie de 2…4 mg/L, in care cantitatea Cu2+ constituie 0,47…0,94 mg/L.The invention relates to a new coordinating compound in the class of salicylidenaminoalcohols of transition metals and to a process for cultivating cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis with its use as a compound that increases the copper content in the cyanobacterium biomass. A copper compound, acetate-N- [2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -ethyl] -salicylidenimino (1-) copper of the formula is claimed: Also, a process for cultivating cyanobacteria Spirulina platensis, which includes the cultivation of spirulina into - a nutritious medium containing, g / L: NaNO3 - 2.5; NaHCO3 - 16.8; NaCl - 1.0; K2SO4 - 1.0; K2HPO4 - 0.5; MgSO4 · 7H2O - 0.2; CaCl2 - 0.04; FeSO4 · 7H2O - 0.01; EDTA - 0.08; H3BO3 - 0.00286; MnCl2 · 4H2O - 0.00181; ZnSO4 · 7H2O - 0.00022; CuSO4 · 5H2O - 0.00008; MoO3 - 0.000015 and distilled water up to 1L, at a temperature of 30 ... 32 ° C, at pH 9.5 ... 10.0 and lighting of 2000 ... 3000 lx.
