Abstract

The invention relates to the powder metallurgy, particularly to a process for the galvanic obtaining of copper powder.The process includes the use of an electrolyte, containing, kg/m3: CuSO4·5H2O 44…55, H2SO4 (d=1.84) 400…500, and a single-phase current source. The electrolysis is carried out at the electrolyte temperature of 288…298 K, the current cathodic density of 0.1…1.0 kA/m2, using the single-phase current source, consisting of a switch, a rectifier bridge, one pole of which is connected to the positive terminal, and the second one - to an inductive-capacitive circuit, consisting of a capacitive block and an inductive block and connected by means of a variable resistor to the negative terminal, to the inputs of the rectifier bridge is connected a single-phase transformer, at the same time the inductive block is made of several separate coils, placed on a single magnetic core with the possibility of selective connection, having an inductivity of 5…15 H, and the capacitive block consists of polar capacitors connected in parallel, having the capacity of circuit of 0.015…0.025 F.
