Abstract

Inventia se refera la metalurgia pulberilor, in particular la un procedeu galvanic de obtinere a pulberii de cupru. Procedeul include utilizarea unui electrolit, care contine, kg/m3: CuSO4·5H2O 44…55, H2SO4 (d=1,84) 400…550, si a unei surse monofazate de curent. Electroliza se efectueaza la temperatura electrolitului de 288…298 Ę, densitatea catodica a curentului de 0,1…1,0 kA/m2, utilizand sursa monofazata de curent, care consta dintr-un comutator, o punte redresoare, un pol al careia este conectat la clema pozitiva, iar al doilea - la un circuit inductiv-capacitiv, format dintr-un bloc capacitiv si un bloc inductiv si conectat prin intermediul unui rezistor variabil la clema negativa, la intrarile puntii redresoare este conectat un transformator monofazat, totodata blocul inductiv este executat din cateva bobine separate, amplasate pe un miez magnetic unic cu posibilitatea conectarii selective, avand inductivitatea de 5…15 H, iar blocul capacitiv este format din condensatoare polare conectate in paralel avand capacitatea conturului de 0,015…0,025 F.
