Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul de prelucrare electrica a metalelor si, in particular, la generatoare de impulsuri, care pot fi utilizate in procedeele electrofizice si electrochimice de prelucrare a metalelor. Sursa de curent pentru procedee electrice de prelucrare include un tiristor de incarcare (1), un condensator de filtraj (2), un transformator de impulsuri (4) cu doua bobine secundare (6, 7), o borna de conectare a piesei prelucrate (9) sio borna de conectare a electrodului-scula. Tiristorul de incarcare (1) este conectat cu catodul la prima borna a condensatorului de filtraj (2), a doua borna a caruia este conectata la inceputul bobinei primare (5) a transformatorului de impulsuri (4) si la catodul unui tiristor de descarcare (3), anodul caruia este conectat la punctul de conexiune a sfarsitului primei bobine secundare (6) cu inceputul bobinei a doua secundare (7) si la borna deconectare a piesei prelucrate (9). Inceputul primei bobine secundare (6) este conectat la anodul primului tiristor (8), sfarsitul bobinei a doua secundare (7) este conectat la catodul celui de-al doilea tiristor (10), anodul caruia este unit la catodul primului tiristor (8) in nod, la care este conectat catodul tiristorului de incarcare (1) si borna de conectare a electrodului-scula.
