Abstract
The invention relates to means for protection of metal surfaces from corrosion, in particular to solutions for transformation of corrosion products.The solution, according to the invention, comprises orthophosphoric acid, zinc ferro-(III)-hexacyanoferrate(II), tartaric acid, oxalic acid, water, having the pH 12.3, the components being taken in the following ratio, in g/L:at the same time, it is used tartaric acid, obtained at dissolution of acid potassium tartrate from wine and/or yeasty sediments, and/or vinasse, and/or sweet pomace with 10..20% orthophosphoric acid solution with subsequent filtration; as well as zinc ferro-(III)-hexacyanoferrate(II), obtained from wine-making adhesive waste by leaching of Berlin blue with 2…5% sodium hydroxide solution, purification by electroflotation of the solution and introduction of a stoichiometric quantity of zinc sulphate, with subsequent filtration or centrifugation.The result consists in increasing the efficiency of the anticorrosive coating formation process.
