Abstract

Inventia se refera la compusii si substantele naturale si sintetice cu proprietati antioxidante, care pot fi utilizati in medicina pentru captarea radicalilor. Se propune utilizarea enotaninurilor hidrosolubile, obtinute din seminte de struguri prin tratarea enotaninurilor cu peroxid de hidrogen in raport masic de respectiv 1:(3…6), timp de 7…15 min, la temperatura de 70…100°C, evaporarea si uscarea la temperatura de 40…65°C pana la o masa constanta, in calitate de compus cu proprietati antioxidante.
