Abstract
The invention relates to the technology for obtaining nanocomposite materials used in optoelectronic industry, namely for the production of photo- and electroluminescent devices for recording, transmission and amplification of optical information.The process for obtaining luminiferous nanocomposite based on coordinative compound Eu3+ and poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone includes mixing and homogenization of saturated methanol solutions of Eu(TTA)2(Ph3PO)2NO3 and of poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone in the mass ratio, %: Eu(TTA)2(Ph3PO)2NO3 - 0.2...20.0 and poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone - the rest; at the temperature of 18...25°C during 20...30 hours. Then, the obtained mixture is dried on a substrate at the temperature of 45...50°C during 3...5 hours.
