Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul chimiei, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere a 11-bishomodrim-8(9)-en-12-onei, compus intermediar pentru obţinerea sesqui- şi terpenoidelor superioare.Procedeul include interacţiunea soluţiei de 11-bishomodriman-8α-ol-12-onă în acetonitril cu trimetilsililmetansulfonat în raport echivalent de 1:5, soluţia obţinută se menţine la temperatura camerei şi se agită continuu până la terminarea reacţiei conform controlului cromatografic, apoi produsul se extrage şi se purifică.Randamentul produsului este de 80%.
