Abstract
The invention relates to aviculture, namely to an incubator.The incubator consists of a heat-insulated rectangular body (1), inside which it is placed a hermetic chamber (2), wherein it is placed a support (3) with cassettes for eggs, a conditioning system, consisting of an electric heater (9), a fan (10), a bath with water (11) and air channels (12) with suction ports (13) and air-feeding ports (14), an automated system for controlling and monitoring the climatic parameters in the hermetic chamber (2). The support (3) is made in the form of carcass on a horizontal axle, formed of one or more circular sections (4), placed at equal intervals perpendicular to the axle, each being equipped with radial ribs, placed uniformly and dividing each section into several sectors. The cassettes for eggs are made in the form of plane frames, identical by form and dimensions with the sectors of the sections (4) of the support (3). Each cassette is equipped with a grillwork for placement thereon of eggs and a double-layer net with elastic elements at the ends. The fan (10) and the air channels (12) are placed outside the hermetic chamber (2). The suction ports (13) are placed in the upper part of the hermetic chamber (2) and the air-feeding ports (14) and the bath with water (11) - in the lower part thereof.
