Abstract
Inventia se refera la constructie, in special la instalatiile pentru injectarea solutiilor pentru consolidarea rocilor moi si tari ale peretilor si tavanelor, puturilor, galeriilor orizontale si inclinate, la lucrari miniere. Instalatia pentru injectarea solutiei de consolidare contine o camera (1)deschisa dintr-o parte, dotata cu un racord de refulare a solutiei, o garnitura elastica (2), in care este executata o adancitura (3), si amplasata pe perimetrul camerei (1), un perete despartitor dreptunghiular (4), instalat in camera (1) paralel cu peretii ei, o conducta de aer ramificata pentru vidare cu comutator. Pe corpul instalatiei din partea opusa deschizaturii camerei (1) sunt fixate niste sprijine (22) cu bucle de sarcina (23), in care sunt efectuate scobituri pentru fixarea furcilorautoincarcatorului, iar dimensiunile si forma interioara a scobiturilor sunt alese in conformitatecu dimensiunile furcilor autoincarcatorului.The invention relates to the construction, especially to the installations for injecting solutions for the consolidation of soft and hard rocks of walls and ceilings, wells, horizontal and inclined galleries, to mining works. The installation for injection of the consolidation solution contains a chamber (1) opened from one side, equipped with a connection for the discharge of the solution, an elastic gasket (2), in which a recess (3) is executed, and located on the perimeter of the room ( 1), a rectangular partition wall (4), installed in the room (1) parallel to its walls, a branched air pipe for draining with a switch. On the body of the installation on the opposite side of the opening of the chamber (1) some supports (22) with load loops (23) are fixed, in which hollows are made for fixing the loader fork, and the dimensions and the inner form of the holes are chosen according to the dimensions of the forks of the loader.
