Abstract

Inventia se refera la constructia de masini electrice, in special la procedeele de franare rapida ainstrumentului electric cu transmisie in unghi sila dispozitivele pentru realizarea lor. Procedeulde franare rapida a instrumentului electric cu transmisie in unghi consta in decuplarea instrumentului electric de lucru cu ajutorul unui intrerupator care intrerupe conexiunea instrumentului electric cu motorul electric, iar franarea discului taietor al instrumentului electric se efectueaza prin intermediul unui mecanism de franare prin frictiune, care blocheaza rotirea arborelui condus cu discul taietor instalat la capatul lui. Noutatea constain aceea ca la deconectarea instrumentului electric in calitate de intrerupator se foloseste o manivela rotitoare de sustinere, care are trei pozitii– una neutra, care corespunde decuplarii de la sursa de alimentare, si doua de functionare, se roteste manivela din pozitie neutra in pozitia de rotire a instrumentului electric in sensul acelor de ceasornic si invers. Se deconecteaza instrumentul electric prin rotirea manivelei din pozitia de functionare in pozitie neutra, sau prin deconectarea automata ca rezultat al intoarcerii spontane a manivelei din pozitia de functionare in pozitie neutraprovocata de indepartarea brusca a instrumentuluielectric din zona de taiere, la includerea concomitenta in lucru a mecanismului de franare prin frictiune, precum si prin deconectarea arborelui condus de la motorul electric. The quick braking procedure of the electric instrument with an angle transmission consists of the uncoupling of the working electric instrument by means of a switch which interrupts the connection of the electric instrument with the electric motor, and the braking of the cutting disc of the electric instrument is carried out by means of a friction braking mechanism, which blocks rotating the driven shaft with the cutting disc installed at its end. The novelty is that when disconnecting the electrical instrument as a switch, a rotary crank is used, which has three positions - one neutral, which corresponds to the decoupling from the power supply, and two operating, the crank is rotated from the neutral position to the position for turning the electric instrument clockwise and vice versa. The electrical instrument is disconnected by rotating the crank from the operating position in the neutral position, or by automatically disconnecting as a result of the spontaneous return of the crank from the operating position in the neutral position caused by the sudden removal of the electrical instrument from the cutting area, when the mechanism is included in the working part. friction braking, as well as by disconnecting the driven shaft from the electric motor. The device for fast braking of the electric instrument with angular transmission contains, installed in the body (1), a driven shaft (6) with cutting disc (9) and a conical gear wheel (8) mounted on it, a friction braking mechanism executed in the form of destructive elements with the possibility of blocking the rotation of the driven shaft (6), and a switch for directing the operation of the electric instrument, including the braking process. The novelty consists in that the clamping elements of the friction braking mechanism are executed as a pair of shears (10) with three arms, and on the arms of each of the forks a clamping mechanism (12) is fixed with the possibility of alternating friction contact of the surfaces working with the working surfaces of the conical gear wheel (8) or the brake discs (13), fixed to the body (1) and, respectively, the rotation or locking of the driven shaft (6).
