Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la ortopedie si traumatologie, si este destinata pentru tratarea bolnavilor cu traumatisme ale segmentului cervical al coloanei vertebrale. Dispozitivul contine doua suporturi arcuite (1), pe unul din capetele fiecarui suport (1) este fixat rigid cate un umerar (2), iar pe celalalt este fixata rigid o bucsa(3); fiecare suport (1) contine cate un mecanism de extensiune (4) si o tetiera (5). Mecanismul de extensiune (4) include un surub (6) cu capatul filetat, instalat in bucsa (3), care are doua piulite(9) pentru fixarea surubului (6). Pentru reglarea distantei dintre suporturile (1) se pot folosi tetiere (5) de diametru diferit, care pot fi fixate cu ajutorul suruburilor mentionate sau cu ajutorul unor piulite sau bucse (14) suplimentare de lungime diferita.The invention relates to medicine, namely orthopedics and traumatology, and is intended for the treatment of patients with trauma to the cervical segment of the spine. The device contains two arched supports (1), on one of the ends of each support (1) is fixed rigidly one shoulder (2), and on the other rigidly a bushing (3); each support (1) contains an extension mechanism (4) and a headrest (5). The extension mechanism (4) includes a screw (6) with the threaded end, installed in the bushing (3), which has two nuts (9) for fixing the screw (6). The headrest (5) is made in the form of a rigid ring, on diametrically opposed segments whose grooved grooves are executed, and between them there are perforated holes (11) for some fasteners. The headrest (5) is fixed by the grooves crossed by the heads (7) of the screws (6) of the extension mechanism (4) by means of screws (12) and nuts (13). For adjusting the distance between the supports (1) can be used headrests (5) of different diameter, which can be fixed with the mentioned screws or with the help of nuts or bushes (14) of different length.
