The cranial cuff 3 is made in the form of a basic cranium fixing screw ring. The ball-and-socket joint 10 is made in the form of a srew fork pair, spring - loaded on the rods and fixed on them by means of two locks 13, at the same time the shoulders are provided with belts 5 with fasteners 6.
