Abstract

The invention relates to optoelectronics, particularly to random microlasers that can be used in spectroscopy, medical diagnostics, display production etc.The process for random microlaser obtaining is carried out by transport in an argon/oxygen flux from a source formed of a mixture of carbon and zinc oxide to a support placed in front of the source into a horizontal furnace with a temperature gradient of 2…100°C/cm decreasing towards said support, the source temperature being maintained in the range 1020…1100°C.
