Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie şi poate fi utilizată în tratamentul cancerului glandei mamare cu metastaze, şi anume pentru diminuarea complicaţiilor chimioterapiei.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează tratament citostatic cu Cisplatină 75 mg/m2 în prima zi de tratament şi Etopozid 120 mg/m2 în prima, a 3-a şi a 5-a zi de tratament şi concomitent cu soluţie BioR 0,5% intramuscular, zilnic, câte 2 ml o dată pe zi, după care se administrează BioR 5 mg, câte o capsulă de 2 ori pe zi timp de 23 de zile.
