Abstract

The invention relates to the carbonmineral sorbent obyaining processes (CMS) with the utilization of production waste and may be applied for sewage treatment of meat-packing plants and other enterprises of food and processing industry.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that in the proposed process for carbon-mineral sorbent obtaining including mixing of wood sawdust with mineral base with the subsequent thermal treatment in an inoxidable atmosphere, as mineral base are used dispersed waste of keramzite production (WKP), to the mixing supplementary is fed natrium silicate, the obtained mixture is saturated with emulsified adipose waste, the mixture thermat treatment is made in an inoxidable atmosphere with the subsequent drying and pyrolysis, for that as adipose waste are used sewage of meat-packing plants.The technical result of the invention consists in the simplification of sorbent obtaining process and its mechanical durability and seconstage treatment of sewage from organic impurities witho the possibility of multiple thermal regeneration of the sorbent.
