Abstract
The invention relates to the heat engineering and may be used in the water heating systems as well as for domestic water heating.The hot-water boiler contains a body with water jacket, equipped with a branch pipe for combustion materials, a combustion chamber with burner, water inlet and outlet pipes, hollow horizontal elements with convective heating surfaces, communicating with the water jacket and forming a gas duct in the form of labyrinth, and a domestic water heater. The boiler additionally contains a descending portion of the gas duct, where in the lower part it is placed the branch pipe for combustion materials, tubular heat exchangers coupled with the water jacket and placed along the full length of the gas duct and in the combustion chamber, soot removal hatches, connected to the gas duct, and an automated boiler running regime monitoring and control system, including a computerized unit, connected to a control unit, connected, in its turn, to a burner unit, a hot water distribution unit, a domestic water heating unit and a safety unit. All units are connected between them and the operating elements of the boiler, as well as to a power supply unit, and the computerized unit is connected to a computerized remote unit with power supply unit.The result of the invention consists in intensifying the heat transfer by increasing the time of contact of the combustion materials with the convective heating surfaces, in increasing the efficiency, in automating the boiler running regime monitoring and control and in the possibility of using several domestic water heating sources.
