Abstract
The invention relates to the field of wind-power engineering and can be used for installation application extension, namely for regions with abundant snowfalls. The windmill comprises a vertical turbine and a concentrator with upper (7) and lower (13) covers. Above the upper cover (7) there is mounted coaxially and in parallel an additional cover (8), the diameter of which is at least one-third of the diameter of the upper cover (7), in the center of which is made a hole with the diameter smaller than the diameter of the additional cover (8).
