Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be used for laparoscopic surgery in gynecology in patients previously operated with longitudinal scars located on the white line of the abdomen. The method of performing laparoscopic gynecological operations after the lower median laparotomy consists in the fact that a buttonhole is made at the point of intersection of the lower border of the umbilical ring with the midline of the abdomen. It is then inserted through it into the abdominal cavity perpendicular to the abdominal wall by a groove, the mandrel is removed from it and a laparoscope is inserted, the pneumoperitoneum is produced. Under the visual control, buttonholes are executed in two symmetrical points, located 2 cm above the symphysapubian and 8 cm laterally from the midline of the abdomen, through them two holes for instruments and manipulators, the adhesions are excised, if necessary, the necessary surgical manipulations are performed, the instruments are removed and the buttonholes are sutured.
