Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, si anume la un pateu din leguminoase, care poate fi utilizat la fabricarea unor produse culinare, asa caparjoalele, perisoarele, coltunasii. Pateul din leguminoase, conform inventiei, contine un component pe baza de leguminoase, si anume faina extrudata de leguminoase, un component cu continut de legume cu adaos de ficat sau de carne, sau de ciuperci, adaosuri gustative si apa. Rezultatul consta in obtinerea unui pateu cu valoare biologica inalta si reducerea timpului de fabricare a acestuia.The invention relates to the food industry, namely to a pâté made of legumes, which can be used in the manufacture of culinary products, such as carapace, meatballs, dumplings. The legume pate, according to the invention, contains a component based on legumes, namely extruded legume flour, a component containing vegetables with added liver or meat, or mushrooms, flavor additives and water. The result consists in obtaining a pate with high biological value and reducing its manufacturing time.
