Abstract

The invention relates to the electrochemical working and may be used for obtaining electroplates with improved physical and mechanical properties.The device for electrochemical processes comprises a power source, to one pole of which it is connected an anode and to the second one - a cathode, placed into an electroplating bath, and an inductance-capacitance circuit consisting of a capacitance unit and an inductance unit. Novelty consists in that the capacitance unit and the inductance unit are connected in series, and the inductance-capacitance circuit is connected between the anode and the cathode of the electroplating bath, parallel to the power source. The capacitance unit may consist of two capacitor branches, connected in parallel and in inverse polarity, each branch consisting of electrolytic polar capacitors connected in parallel.
