Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la anesteziologie şi reanimare şi poate fi utilizată la efectuarea anesteziei spinale continue la pacienţii în etate.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că pacientul este culcat în decubit lateral în poziţia Trendelenburg la 20° cu masa de operaţie ridicată în anti-Trendelenburg la 10° pentru a întinde dura mater, apoi se alege un spaţiu lombar sub nivelul L2 paralel cu fibrele longitudinale ale dura mater, se marchează spaţiul peridural, se îndreaptă caudal acul Bibraun de 18 G şi se introduce în spaţiul subarahnoidian la o adâncime de 0,5…2,0 cm de la ligamentul galben până la perforarea dura mater, în jurul acului spinal se introduce un cateter de 25 G, după care se înlătură acul şi se testează cu o seringă refluxul lichidului cefalorahidian, apoi se introduce o soluţie hipobarică de lidocaină de 1,0…2,0% până la doza sumară de 17 mg în mai multe prize până la instalarea blocului în zona supusă intervenţiei chirurgicale.
