Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la anesteziologie si reanimare si poate fi utilizata la efectuarea anesteziei spinale continue la pacientii in etate. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca pacientul este culcat in decubit lateral in pozitia Trendelenburg la 20o cu masa de operatie ridicata in anti-Trendelenburg la 10o pentru a intinde duramater, apoi se alege un spatiu lombar sub nivelulL2 paralel cu fibrele longitudinale ale dura mater, se marcheaza spatiul peridural, se indreapta caudal acul Bibraun de 18 G si se introduce in spatiul subarahnoidian la o adancime de 0,5…2,0 cm de la ligamentul galben pana la perforarea dura mater,in jurul acului spinal se introduce un cateter de25 G, dupa care se inlatura acul si se testeaza cu o seringa refluxul lichidului cefalorahidian, apoi se introduce o solutie hipobarica de lidocaina de 1,0…2,0% pana la doza sumara de 17 mg in mai multe prize pana la instalarea blocului in zona supusa interventiei chirurgicale.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to anesthesiology and resuscitation and can be used to perform continuous spinal anesthesia in elderly patients.
