Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria energetica, in special la instalatiile pentru arderea combustibilului hidrocarburic si poate fi utilizata in termoenergetica. Instalatia include doi cilindri coaxiali (4, 21), formand la un capat un injector (24), cilindrul central (4) este predestinat pentru debitarea aerului de la o suflanta (1), iar cel exterior (21) pentru debitarea combustibilului gazos, fiind unit cu ambrazura (25) unui cuptor de ardere (26); cilindrul central in directia miscarii aeruluieste constituit dintr-o camera de imbogatire cu oxigen si o camera de ozonizare (14); intre cilindrii (4, 21) in regiunea camerei de imbogatire este amplasata coaxial o camera (11) pentru receptia aerului sarac in oxigen, fundul careia comunica cu camera de imbogatire prin intermediul unui separator (9), camera de receptie (11) este dotata cu un racord (12) cu clapeta (13) pentru evacuarea aerului sarac in oxigen; in jurul cilindrului pentru debitarea combustibilului gazos (21), in regiunea camerei de ozonizare (14), este amplasata o camasa deincalzire, care comunica cu cuptorul (26) si contine un racord de evacuare a gazelor de ardere (29); totodata camera de imbogatire a aerului este dotata cu niste directoare (5), in ea fiind instalat un ax din material diamagnetic (6) cu magneti permanenti (7) si elemente metalice de intercalare (8); camera de ozonizare (14) este executata cu pereti ceramici (17) cu un strat metalic extern (18), unit la o sursa de curent de tensiune si frecventa inalta (20), in interiorul camerei este instalat un electrod (15) cu trepte de descarcare (16).The invention relates to the energy industry, in particular to installations for the combustion of hydrocarbon fuel and can be used in thermo-energy. The installation includes two coaxial cylinders (4, 21), forming at one end an injector (24), the central cylinder (4) is predestined for the air flow from a blower (1) and the outer one (21) for the gas fuel flow, being joined with the clutch (25) to a combustion furnace (26); the central cylinder in the direction of air movement consists of an oxygen enrichment chamber and an ozonation chamber (14); between the cylinders (4, 21) in the region of the enrichment chamber is coaxially located a chamber (11) for receiving poor air in oxygen, the bottom of which communicates with the enrichment chamber by means of a separator (9), the reception room (11) is equipped with a connection (12) with the flap (13) for evacuating the poor air in oxygen; Around the cylinder for the cutting of the gas fuel (21), in the region of the ozonation chamber (14), is located a heating chamber, which communicates with the furnace (26) and contains a connection for the exhaust of the flue gases (29); at the same time, the air enrichment chamber is equipped with some directives (5), in it being installed a shaft of diamagnetic material (6) with permanent magnets (7) and metallic elements of intercalation (8); the ozonation chamber (14) is made with ceramic walls (17) with an external metallic layer (18), joined to a source of voltage and high frequency current (20), inside the chamber an electrode (15) with steps is installed download (16).
