Abstract

Esenţa invenţiei: produsul-catalizator (CT) cu compoziţia: 100 părţi de fier metalic conţin: cupru 0,5-10, dioxid de siliciu 15-30; oxid de potasiu 2-8; cărbune, activat cu aburi sau cu acid mineral, 2-20 părţi. În acest caz 50-100% din particulele cărbunelui au mărimea de 0,1-100 mm sau 850-1200 mm. CT se obţine prin dizolvarea fierului şi cuprului în acidul azotic, încălzirea soluţiei obţinute până la fierbere, adăugarea soluţiei la soluţia fierbândă alcalină sau de sodă calcinată, finisarea suspensiei formate până la pH=7-8, degajarea soluţiei de sticlă lichidă cu conţinut de calciu, prelucrând ulterior cu acid azotic, degajarea reziduului din masa de catalizare prin uscare, formare, uscare suplimentară şi mărunţire. Caracteristica CT: selectivitate majorată, ceea ce duce la ridicarea gradului albeţii hidrocarburilor, şi rigiditate mărită.
