The invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and may find its application in the treatment of the motor, sensory, psychovegetative and psychoverbal disorders.The method of transcranial micropolarization consists in that it is preliminarily carried out the electroencephalogram and the coherent analysis of the alpha rhythm, it is determined the zone projection with the most disturbed corticocortical functional correlations together with the anterofrontal projection of the subdominant hemisphere, then one anode is applied onto the anterofrontal projection of the subdominant hemisphere, the other anode is applied onto the cortical zone projection, determined by the coherent analysis, and the cathode is applied onto the mastoid appendix of the subdominant hemisphere, the transcranial micropolarization is carried out with direct current having the intensity of 200...400 µA. The duration of one procedure is of 20...40 min. The entire course of treatment includes 12...15 sittings, every day or in a day.
