Abstract
The invention relates to the field of electrotechnology and can be used in mechanical engineering, electronic and semiconductor industries, for obtaining corrosion-resistant, high-strength and high-temperature coatings.The process for combined electrochemical and laser machining of metals includes the electrolytic deposition of metal coating on the surface, afterwards it is carried out the irradiation of metal coating by pulsed laser radiation with a pulse energy of 0.1...10.0 J and duration of 10-8...10-9 s, deposition of metal coating is carried out repeatedly, in layers of a thickness comparable with the depth of formation of intermetallic compounds, obtained upon laser irradiation, which is carried out after deposition of each layer.
