Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini, în special la procedee de durificare a dinţilor angrenajului conic sau precesional.Procedeul de durificare a dinţilor angrenajului conic sau precesional include pregătirea prealabilă a suprafeţei angrenajului cu o sculă în formă de perie metalică cu formarea unui microrelief, debitarea simultană în zona de contact al periei metalice cu suprafaţa angrenajului a lichidului de ungere-răcire (LUR), după care se efectuează rularea suprafeţei angrenajului cu o sculă cu bile şi/sau role. Sculele sus-menţionate execută mişcări rotative, sfero-spaţiale şi oscilatorii, perpendiculare axelor sale, iar LUR conţine clorură de cupru, sulfat de cupru, acetamidă, uree, acid stearic, apă distilată, glicerină pură şi disulfură de molibden în următorul raport al componentelor, % de masă:
