Abstract

The invention relates to a plant for descaling of heat-exchangers.The plant, according to the invention, includes a circulating capacity (15), fixed onto supports (26) and equipped with a level meter (16), a sampling branch pipe (17), a regeneration pipe-line (13) with a valve (14) in the lower part and a drawoff tube (12) in the upper part thereof.Inside the capacity (15) it is installed a thin-layer sedimentation block (1) with conic bottom, equipped inside with oblique shelves (2) and a central vertical tube (3) with charging door (4) in the form of funnel, and in the lower part with a sediment removal branch pipe (6) with valve (7), joined with the conic bottom, onto the external part of which there are installed demountable constant magnets (5).Into the space between the capacity (15) and the block (1) there is installed a filter (8) of floating grain charge (10) of expanded polystyrene. At the same time, the capacity (15) communicates with the block (1) through an overflow (11). Above the capacity (15) there is installed a reservoir (20) with a solution feeding branch pipe (21) and a steam supply branch pipe (22), communicating with a perforated tube. The reservoir (20) communicates with the capacity (15) by means of a pipe-line (18) with valve (19). In the lower part the capacity (15) is connected to a branch pipe (23) with valve (24), communicating with a recirculation pump (25), at the same time the pump (25) and the charging door (4) of the central tube (3) are provided with branch pipes (29, 30) for connection to a heat exchanger (28).
