Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru inlaturarea pietrei de cazan din schimbatoarele de caldura. Instalatia, conform inventiei, include o capacitate de circulatie (15), fixata pe niste suporturi(26), dotata cu un indicator de nivel (16), un racord de prelevare a probelor (17), o conducta de regenerare (13) cu un ventil (14) in partea inferioara si o conducta de evacuare a aerului (12) in cea superioara. In interiorul capacitatii (15) este amplasat un bloc de sedimentare in strat subtire (1) cu fund conic, dotat in interior cu niste polite oblice (2) si o conducta centrala (3) verticala cu gura de alimentare (4) in forma de palnie, iar in partea inferioara cu un racord (6) cu ventil (7) pentru evacuarea sedimentului, unit la fundul conic, pe partea exterioara a caruia sunt amplasati niste magneti permanenti demontabili (5). In spatiul dintre capacitatea (15) si blocul (1) este amplasat un filtru (8) din incarcatura granulara flotanta de polistiren spumat (10). Totodata, capacitatea (15) comunica cu blocul (1) printr-un preaplin (11). Deasupra capacitatii (15) este amplasat un rezervor (20) cu un racord de debitare a solutiilor(21) si un racord de debitare a vaporilor (22), care comunica cu un tub perforat. Rezervorul (20) comunica cu capacitatea (15) prin intermediul unei conducte (18) cu ventil (19). Partea inferioara a capacitatii (15) este unita cu o conducta (23) cu ventil (24), care comunica cu o pompa de recirculare (25), totodata pompa (25) si gura de alimentare(4) a conductei centrale (3) sunt dotate cu conducte (29, 30) pentru conectarea la un schimbator decaldura (28).The invention relates to an installation for removing the boiler stone from the heat exchangers. In the space between the capacity (15) and the block (1) a filter (8) of the floating granulated foam polystyrene (10) is located. At the same time, the capacity (15) communicates with the block (1) through an overflow (11). Above the capacity (15) is located a reservoir (20) with a solution cutting connection (21) and a vapor cutting connection (22), which communicates with a perforated tube. The tank (20) communicates with the capacity (15) via a pipe (18) with a valve (19). The lower part of the capacity (15) is joined by a pipe (23) with a valve (24), which communicates with a recirculation pump (25), at the same time the pump (25) and the supply mouth (4) of the central pipe (3). they are equipped with pipes (29, 30) for connection to a heat exchanger (28).
