Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la reumatologie. Metoda de diagnostic al gutei tofacee consta in aceea ca la pacientii cu guta se efectueaza examenul clinic si paraclinic si se stabilesc urmatorii parametri: prezenta geodelor (G), afectarea articulatiei cotului (AC), prezenta urolitiazei(U), respectarea dietei cu continut redus de purine (DI), utilizarea diureticelor (DIUR), afectarea articulatiilor mici ale mainilor (AM), viteza desedimentare a hematiilor (VSH), apoi se calculeaza functia discriminanta (F) conform formulei: F= - 4,727 + 2,316*G + 0,584*AC + 1,244*U +1,372*DI +1,207*DIUR + 0,354*AM + 0,054*VSH,unde parametriimentionati primesc valorile: G: 0 - lipsa geodelor 1 - prezenta geodelor AC: 0 - lipsa afectarii articulatiei cotului 1 - afectarea unilaterala a articulatiei cotului 3 - afectarea bilaterala a articulatiei cotului U: 0 - lipsa urolitiazei 1 - prezenta urolitiazei DI: 0 - nerespectarea dietei cu continut redus de purine 1 - respectarea dietei cucontinut redus de purine DIUR: 0 - neutilizarea diureticelor 1 - utilizarea diureticelor AM: 0 - lipsa afectarii articulatiilor mici ale mainilor 1 -afectarea unilaterala a articulatiilor mici ale mainilor 3 - afectarea bilaterala a articulatiilormici ale mainilor. In cazul in care F 0 se stabileste diagnosticul de guta tofacee, iar cand F 0 - de guta, forma netofacee.The invention relates to medicine, in particular to rheumatology. The diagnostic method of gout tofacea is that in patients with gout the clinical and paraclinical examination is performed and the following parameters are established: the presence of the geodes (G), the affectation of the elbow joint (AC), the presence of urolithiasis (U), the compliance with the diet with reduced content of purine (DI), use of diuretics (DIUR), impairment of small joints of the hands (AM), speed of red blood cell (VSH), then the discriminating function (F) is calculated according to the formula: F = - 4,727 + 2,316 * G + 0,584 * AC + 1,244 * U + 1,372 * DI + 1,207 * DIUR + 0.354 * AM + 0.054 * VSH, where the measured parameters receive the values: G: 0 - lack of geodes 1 - presence of geodes AC: 0 - lack of joint elbow 1 - unilateral damage of the elbow joint 3 - bilateral impairment of the elbow joint U: 0 - lack of urolithiasis 1 - presence of urolithiasis DI: 0 - non-compliance with the low purine content diet 1 - compliance with the reduced purine content DIUR: 0 - non-use of diuretics 1 - use of AM diuretics: 0 - no damage to the small joints of the hands 1 - unilateral affectation of the small joints of the hands 3 - bilateral affectation of the articulations of the hands. In case F 0 the diagnosis of gout is established, and when F 0 - gout, it forms the non-gout.
