Abstract

The invention relates to the experimental medicine and may be used for blood sampling from laboratory animals for carrying out researches after modeling of pathologic processes and monitoring thereof.Summary of the invention consists in that the lower region of paw or of neck of the laboratory animals is treated with ointment containing 20…25 mg of sodium benzyl nicotinate, 1200…1800 IU of heparin, 200…250 mg of dimethyl sulfoxide and as ointment base vaseline-lanoline up to 1 g, in 10…15 min the animals are subjected to a light inhalational anesthesia with diethyl ether during 1…5 min, the applied ointment is removed with a gauze tampon, the skin is treated with 6% solution of sodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate with the pH 7,4, afterwards it is carried out the blood sampling and then it is carried out the hemostasis by treatment of the wound with a hemostatic mixture, containing potassium alum and sodium N-(2,3-dimethylphenil)-anthranilate in the mass ratio of 3:1.
