Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina experimentala si poate fi utilizata la recoltarea probelor de sangede la animale de laborator pentru efectuarea cercetarilor dupa modelarea proceselor patologice si monitorizarea lor. Esenta inventiei consta in aceeaca regiunea labiala inferioara sau a gatului animalelor de laborator se prelucreaza cu un unguent ce contine benzilnicotinat de sodiu 20…25 mg, heparina 1200…1800 UI, dimetilsulfoxid 200…250 mg si in calitate de excipient vaselina-lanolina pana la 1 g, dupa 10…15 min animalele sunt supuse unei anestezii usoare inhalatorii cu eter dietilic timp de1…5 min, unguentul aplicat se inlatura cu un tampon de tifon, pielea se prelucreaza cu o solutie de6% de etilendiamintetraacetat de sodiu cu pH-ul 7,4, dupa care se recolteaza probele de sange si apoi se efectueaza hemostaza prin prelucrarea plagii cu un amestec hemostatic, care contine alaun de potasiu si N-(2,3-dimetilfenil)-antranilat de sodiu in raport masic de 3:1.The invention relates to experimental medicine and can be used for the collection of blood samples in laboratory animals for carrying out research after modeling the pathological processes and monitoring them. The essence of the invention consists in the same lower lip region or the neck of the laboratory animals is processed with an ointment containing sodium benzylnicotinate 20 ... 25 mg, heparin 1200 ... 1800 IU, dimethylsulfoxide 200 ... 250 mg and as a gasoline-lanolin excipient up to 1 g, after 10 ... 15 min the animals undergo light inhalation anesthesia with diethyl ether for 1 ... 5 min, the applied ointment is removed with a gauze pad, the skin is processed with a 6% solution of sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate with pH 7.4, after which blood samples are collected and then haemostasis is performed by processing the wound with a hemostatic mixture containing potassium alum and sodium N- (2,3-dimethylphenyl) -antranylate in a mass ratio of 3: 1 .
