Abstract
Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi folosită în fitotehnie, pomicultură, silvicultură, selecţie, pentru selectarea soiurilor după rezistenţa lor la secetă şi arşiţă pentru zonele pedo-climatice corespunzătoare.Particularităţile procedeului propus constau în majorarea exactităţii stabilirii rezistenţei plantelor la arşiţă şi secetă:a) în calitate de criteriu biologic integral al aprecierii gradului de rezistenţă este folosită valoarea schimbării grosimii frunzei până la şi după acţiunea asupra plantelor a temperaturilor înalte şi a secetei;b) pentru stabilirea rezistenţei la arşiţă plantele se tratează cu temperaturi ridicate în diapazon de 40-45°C timp de o oră; pentru stabilirea rezistenţei la secetă plantele se supun deshidratării timp de două-trei ore;c) mai rezistente se consideră plantele, care au valoarea grosimii frunzei cea mai stabilă; la variaţia raportului grosimii frunzelor după acţiunea arşiţei sau secetei faţă de grosimea frunzelor până la acţiunea sus-citată în diapazonul 1,0-0,8 plantele se apreciază ca “rezistente”, 0,7-0,6 - “mediu rezistente” şi la 0,5-0,4 - “nerezistente”.
