Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, in special la un procedeu de obtinere a uleiului de floarea-soarelui cu valoare biologica sporita. Procedeul de obtinere a uleiului de floarea-soarelui cu valoare biologica sporita include amestecarea uleiului de floarea-soarelui dublu rafinat si dezodorizat cu pulbere fina de iod in raport de 0,5 g de iod la 1 L de ulei timp de 5…7 zile la temperatura de 18…20oC in absenta luminii, filtrarea si adaugarea uleiului de floarea-soarelui dublu rafinat sidezodorizat pana la continutul de iod in produsulfinit de 1...10 mg/L. Apoi in uleiul obtinut se introduc adaosuri aromatice: extract de marar si/sau patrunjel, si/sau cimbru, care se obtin prin extractia plantelor uscate si maruntite cu ulei de floarea-soarelui dublu rafinat si dezodorizat in raport de 1:5 la temperatura de 18…20oC in absenta luminii, totodata extractul obtinut se incorporeaza in volum de 0,5…1,0% fata de volumul produsului finit.The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to a process for obtaining sunflower oil with increased biological value.
