Abstract

Novelty: a method for the preparation of natural olive oil-soap is disclosed. Composition: 41 % virgin olive oil which is rich in A, E, K vitamin content, trace elements (Ca,Fe,K, Na,Zn,Cu,Mn,Se), aminoacids, high-concentration squalene content, flavones, copper, Ferrum, Magnesium and vitamin C; grape seed oil rich in vitamins A, B2,B2,B6 and E and very rich in linoleic oil; castor oil rich in Ω-9, vitamin E and ricinoleic acid as main component; Agiorgitiko red wine rich in polyphenols, resveratrol, flavonoids, potassium, and glycerol. Preparation mode: use of natural components and absolute natural methods. The soft treatment of the raw materials implies the conservation of the natural properties of the components in the final product. The concentration of the aqueous NAOH solutionis analogously reduced so that full saponification is prevented and the existence of free oils in the final product preserved for boosting the hydrating character of the final product (overfatting of 10%). The afresh addition of a mixture of oils at the final saponification stage enhances the oil content of the soap preparation. Maturation and drying is realized by the passage of time without anyother intervention.
