Abstract

Inventia se refera la constructie, si anume la unprocedeu de pregatire a amestecurilor de constructie activate pe baza de liant mineral. Procedeul consta in debitarea continua de liant mineral, adaos plastifiant si apa in zona de malaxare a componentelor amestecului, care include una sau mai multe camere cilindrice amplasate coaxial si un arbore conducator vertical, malaxarea componentelor prin actiunea unor tije verticale ale bratelor orizontale ale arborelui conducator, componentele amestecate se activeaza sub actiunea impulsurilor de forta cavitationale, generate de ciocnirile particulelor componentelor cu jeturile solutiei apoase de 0,1…7,5% de adaos plastifiant amestecate in prealabil cu aer, debitate in zona de malaxare sub presiunea de 0,5…6,5 atm, axele jeturilor fiind inclinate in plan vertical sub un unghi de 15…75° si deplasate in plan orizontal una fata de alta cu 45…270°, totodata liantul mineral se debiteaza sub un unghi de 45…60° si se deplaseaza in plan orizontalcu o viteza de 14,5…47,5 m/s in contracurentul jeturilor adaosului plastifiant si aerului; de asemenea amestecul este omogenizat de deplasarile radiale alternative in spirala ale componentelor de-alungul fiecarui brat orizontal, totodata asupra componentelor supuse malaxarii suplimentar se actioneaza cu impulsuri de forta hidrodinamice, generate de micsorarile locale ale presiunii, datorita prezentei in calea fluxului a unor ingustari, fiecare dintre care ocupand 5…50% din suprafata sectiunii verticale a acestui flux, apoi in zona de iesire a amestecului activat, si anume in camera cilindrica inferioara se introduce umplutura, care semalaxeaza pana la obtinerea amestecului de constructie finit.
