Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la un procedeu de cultivare submersă a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium expansum şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea preparatelor celulozolitice cu un conţinut sporit de celobiohidrolază.Procedeul de cultivare submersă a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C include pregătirea suspensiei de spori, tratarea ei timp de 30 min cu unde de intensitate joasă cu λ 5,6 mm, emise în regim periodic, inocularea suspensiei tratate pe un mediu nutritiv cu pH-ul 4,5 cu următoarea componenţă, % mas.: KH2PO4 0,1, CaCl2 0,01, KCl 0,01, MgSO4·7H2O 0,03, NaNO3 0,25, FeCl3·6H2O 0,001, extract de porumb 1,5, strujeni de porumb 4,0, apă distilată restul şi cultivarea la temperatura de 28…30ºC timp de 120 ore.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea biosintezei celobiohidrolazei.
