Inventia se refera la biotehnologie, in particular la un procedeu de cultivare submersa a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium expansum si poate fi utilizata in industria microbiologica pentru obtinerea preparatelor celulozolitice cu un continut sporit de celobiohidrolaza. Procedeul de cultivare submersa a tulpinii de fungi Penicillium expansum CNMN FD 05 C include pregatirea suspensiei de spori, tratarea ei timp de 30 min cu unde de intensitate joasacu ? 5,6 mm, emise in regim periodic, inocularea suspensiei tratate pe un mediu nutritiv cu pH-ul 4,5 cu urmatoarea componenta, % mas.: KH2PO4 0,1, CaCl2 0,01, KCl 0,01, MgSO4·7H2O 0,03, NaNO3 0,25,FeCl3·6H2O 0,001, extract de porumb 1,5, strujenide porumb 4,0, apa distilata restul si cultivareala temperatura de 28…30?C timp de 120 ore.
