Abstract

The process for raw material complex processing includes the electroplasmolysis with electric current pulses with generation of a dynamic and shock wave front into a thin, regulable layer of raw material, moving in a laminar regime through the space between the helically placed electrodes and in a turbulent regime through the space between the ring-like placed electrodes, the electrodes having the shape of elastic and/or elastic convoluted tubes, at the same time concomitantly or consecutively with the electroplasmolysis the raw material is subjected to pressure pulses because of the increase in the volume of the tubes during introduction therein of a gaseous or liquid agent.The installation for raw material complex processing includes a hermetically sealed cylindrical body (3) with raw material inlet (1) and outlet (2) branches, as well as with gaseous or liquid agent inlet and outlet branches (13…18), inside which there is concentrically installed an axle (4), at the same time onto the inner surface of the body and onto the surface of the axle, helically and/or ring-like, there are mounted elastic and/or elastic corrugated current-conducting tubes (5), (7), (9), (11), serving as electrodes, separated by elastic and/or elastic convoluted dielectric chambers (6), (12).<SDOAD>
