Abstract
Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la oncologie si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul cancerului glandei mamare. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se administreaza intravenos in complexciclofosfan 0,6 g, adriablastina 40 mg si 5-fluorouracil 0,75 g in I si a VIII-a zi de tratament, iar din ziua a III-a se efectueaza radioterapia pe doua campuri, si anume un camp include ganglionii limfatici supra-, subclaviculari si axilari, iaral doilea – glanda mamara propriu-zisa, cu o doza de 3 Gy la o sedinta pe fiecare camp, care se efectueaza timp de 10 zile, cu o intrerupere de 2 zile dupa a 5-a sedinta, doza sumara fiind de 30 Gy, dupa care se efectueaza interventia chirurgicala.
