Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeele biochimice combinate de epurare a apelor uzate de poluanti organici si poate fi aplicata la statiile de epurare in industriile vinicola si alimentara. Procedeul include concentrarea apelor uzate prin ultrafiltrarea componentelor organice macromoleculare pana la valoarea CCO de 20000…40000 mg/dm3, cu separarea filtratului avand valoarea CCO de 100…300 mg/dm3 , fermentarea anaeroba a concentratului, utilizand microflora fixata, cu formarea biogazului, totodata pentru fixarea microflorei se utilizeaza corzi de vita de vie cu diametrul de 2…3 mm si densitatea de impachetare de 3…5 kg/dm2, dupa care se efectueaza epurarea aeroba a concentratului fermentat si a filtratului. Pe langa aceasta concentrarea apelor uzate se efectueaza cu utilizarea ultrafiltrelor tubulare la presiunea de 3…5 atm si viteza de curgerea apei de 5…10 m/s. Rezultatul inventiei consta in reducerea consumului de energie si ieftinirea procesului de epurare.The invention relates to the combined biochemical processes of wastewater treatment by organic pollutants and can be applied to treatment plants in the wine and food industries. Besides this the concentration of waste water is carried out with the use of tubular ultrafilters at the pressure of 3 ... 5 atm and the speed of water flow of 5 ... 10 m / s. The result of the invention consists in reducing the energy consumption and reducing the purification process.
