Abstract

The invention relates to a process for the obtaining of a volume charge for microflora fixation and to an anaerobic reactor with its use for biochemical treatment of waste waters at industrial objects related to the formation of liquid organic waste.The process for the obtaining of a volume charge for microflora fixation includes the manufacturing of blocks for continuous flow of woven polypropylene fabric, stretched on frames, in the form of cylindrical sectors with open upper bases, filled with cut and dried vine rods of a thickness of 2...5 mm with the volume surface of the charge of 140...160 m2/m3 with hydrophilic polymer coating, obtained by consecutive treatment of vine rods with hydroalcoholic solution of 7...10% of polyvinyl resin, having the volume report of ethyl alcohol and water of (10...45):(55...90), and with aqueous solution of sodium, calcium and/or magnesium chlorides and/or sulphates, iron (III) chloride and/or sulphate and formaldehyde in the following ratio of ingredients, mass %:during 15…30 min at the temperature of 80...95°C with subsequent drying in the sun for 1 ... 2 days and heating in circulating air flow at the temperature of 100...120°C. As an aqueous solution of sodium, calcium and/or magnesium chlorides and/or sulphates are used eluates obtained from regeneration of ion-exchange resins in the water softening process.The anaerobic reactor with the application of the obtained volume charge includes a body (1), treated water inlet (9) and outlet (10) fittings, a biogas discharge branch with hydraulic hitch (12), a heat exchanger (2) and a residue discharge branch (11). The body (1) is executed as a cylinder with conical bottom (3), wherein on a mesh base (4) are radially located and tiered up equal charge blocks (5), which occupy 80...90% of the body volume, at the same time the block height is equal to 0.5...1.0 m.
