Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de dedurizare aapei fara reagenti, care poate fi utilizat in sistemele de incalzire centrala si autonome pentru preintampinarea formarii depunerilor pe suprafata interioara a conductelor. Procedeul de dedurizare a apei fierbinti fara reagenti include tratarea apeicu curent periodic cu impulsuri dreptunghiulare directe si indirecte in prezenta unei suspensii departicule magnetosusceptibile cu filtrarea ulterioara a precipitatului fin dispersat. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca in calitate de particule magnetosusceptibile se foloseste magnetit, in cantitate de 0,01…0,05% din masa apei prelucrate, obtinut prin dizolvarea anodica a electrozilor metalici in camp electric continuu cu densitatea curentuluide 3…5 mA/cm2. Totodata se utilizeaza electrozi fabricati din oteluri cu continut redus de carbon, amplasati la o distanta de 1…3 mm, iar dizolvarealor are loc la temperatura de 60…80°C, cu schimbarea periodica a polaritatii electrozilor in regim automat peste fiecare 10…20 min. Rezultatul inventiei consta in majorarea gradului de dedurizare a apei.
