Abstract
Inventia se refera la instalatiile de epurare a apei, in special la cele fotocatalitice. Instalatia, conform inventiei, include un sistem de recirculare compus dintr-un rezervor pentru apa impurificata (11), un filtru tubular realizat dintr-o membrana de ceramica (1) macroporoasa cu fotocatalizator, unit cu rezervorul (11) prin intermediul unei pompe (6) a conductei de refulare (12) si a conductei de recirculare (8) a apei impurificate, dotata cu manometru (9) si robinet (10). Totodata, filtrul este instalat in interiorul unei mantale de cuart (13), dotata cu o conducta de evacuare a apei purificate (17) si lampi ultraviolete (14) si infrarosii (15) de tensiune joasa, amplasate alternativintr-un suport flexibil gumat (16) in partea exterioara a mantalei de cuart (13), iar membrana (1) este acoperita cu un material fibrocarbonic (2) pecare este depus fotocatalizatorul si care este tasat cu un arc metalic (3). In calitate de material fibrocarbonic (2) sunt utilizate materiale carbonizate tesute sau netesute, cu grosimea de 3…8 mm,iar in calitate de fotocatalizator e utilizata platina depusa prin metoda electrochimica pe suprafata lui, intr-un strat cu grosimea de 0,1…0,2 µm.The invention refers to water purification installations, especially photocatalytic ones. The installation, according to the invention, includes a recirculation system composed of a tank for impure water (11), a tubular filter made of a macroporous ceramic membrane (1) with photocatalyst, connected to the tank (11) by means of a pump ( 6) of the discharge pipe (12) and the recirculation pipe (8) of the impure water, equipped with a pressure gauge (9) and a valve (10). At the same time, the filter is installed inside a quartz mantle (13), equipped with a purified water discharge pipe (17) and low-voltage ultraviolet (14) and infrared (15) lamps, placed alternately in a rubberized flexible support ( 16) in the outer part of the quartz mantle (13), and the membrane (1) is covered with a fibrocarbon material (2) on which the photocatalyst is deposited and which is pressed with a metal spring (3). Woven or non-woven carbonized materials, with a thickness of 3...8 mm, are used as the fibrocarbon material (2), and as a photocatalyst, platinum deposited by the electrochemical method on its surface, in a layer with a thickness of 0.1 …0.2 µm.
