Procedeul de cultivare a vitei de vie include tratarea ei extraradiculara cu 8...12 zile pana la inflorirea in masa, cu solutie apoasa de 0,001...0,010% de glucozida steroidica cu formula chimica 3-O-[beta-D-glucopiranozil(1->2)-beta-D-glucopiranozil]-26-O-(beta-D-glucopiranozil)-(25R)-furost-5-en-3beta,22alpha,26-triol cu un consum total de 500...600 L/ha.
