Abstract

The invention relates to parasitology, in particular to a method of ixodid biological control that may be used in agriculture and veterinary medicine. The proposed method includes infection of ixodids in their habitats, using the imago of the ixodids infected with conidia of the Bauveria bassiana fungus isolated from natural population, the ratio of infected and uninfected mites being of 1:500, respectively.
