Abstract

THE INVENTION IS DIRECTED TO A METHOD FOR DISSEMINATION OF ONE OR MORE ENTOMOPATHOGENS INVOLVING USE OF A DEVICE TO ATTRACT INSECTS, INFECT THEM WITH THE ENTOMOPATHOGENS AND THEN ALLOWING THEM TO ESCAPE TO THEIR NATURAL HABITAT AND DISSEMINATE THE ENTOMOPATHOGENS. THE METHOD IS PARTICULARLY USEFUL FOR THE BIOLOGICAL CONTROL OF INSECT PESTS.
